Viewing Account Status

To check your account status in cPanel, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to cPanel.

  2. Locate the "General Information" section in the right column of the cPanel home screen.

    • This section displays your username, primary domain name, and other basic details.
  3. Click "Server Information" under the "General Information" section to view more details.

    • Here, you’ll find information about your hosting account, IP address, cPanel version, and server specifications.
  4. Find the "Statistics" section in the right column.

    • This section provides insights into CPU usage, memory usage, bandwidth, and other key metrics.

Accessing cPanel Features

You can access cPanel features in two ways:

Method 1: Navigating the Home Screen

  • Browse different sections and click the relevant icon.
    • Example: To change your password, go to PreferencesPassword & Security.

Method 2: Using the Search Bar

  • Type the feature name in the Search Tools box at the top of the cPanel home screen.
    • Example: To update your password, type pass in the search bar, and Password & Security will appear in the results.
